Blood donation campaign Jan 2010

This semester i back to kampar one week earlier due to i become the first aider for orientation activities.
Basically, the job of first aider is to go there show faces, eat free breakfast, lunch , walk around and talk ~ We are the free one...lolx...enjoy very much though a bit boring ~ coz duty = rest actually ~

Went to straighten my hair lolx..but is just a treatment not rebonding ~
got diff from last time? =) give me some feedback plz...thanks ~
Spent RM 110 in the saloon ~ =.= treatment -> RM 60 , buy the treatment mask & nutritional spray for RM50...the ppl in saloon say my hair dry oh ~~~ erm..but now should be better already ba ~ b4 do the treatment, the person asked me "Did you do any rebonding b4?"
Then i answered " No". After that she asked again , " you confirm didnt do rebonding b4 ar?" lolz.... Good is my hair is straight ! lolx...not good is...will i waste money go to straighten hair? haha... But now i feel that i'm not regret to go to straighten it ~ coz i like my hairstyle now =)
Although at first feel like a bit noob ..haha..

The products for donors ~ i get too ~ lolx ~

At first i don't know how to use this ~ after go to check in google ~

found tat this product- Bio-essence Tanaka White - White & Firm Double Action Essence cost RM79.90 for 30ml bottle lo ~

The sample we get is 4ml ~

The event ended successfully ~ get 3 面包鸡 sponsored by Yau Kei

We get 1196 packs of blood in total from 18jan to 22jan2010 ~

We have break the record lo~ The last blood donation campaign in June 2009 collected 790++ packs of blood only lo ~

This is the first time i saw the real blood donation process step by step ~

and i really get a shock that so many UTAR students come to donate blood ~

So many kind-hearted ppl lo ~

First time see ppl queueing up for so long just to donate blood ~

Some of them waited for 2 hours ++ only able to donate their blood ~

Learned lots of things throught the event.

Feel so touch to see those ppl wan to donate their blood but not successful.

There is a girl who came to check her blood pressure for 3 times. The first time she came, doctor said her blood pressure too high, asked her to rest for a while, after that 2nd time, her blood pressure still high. Then she went to take her lunch. 3rd time, blood pressure still high so finally she was unable to donate, she looks sad. I think she has the heart to donate blood is good enough.

These few days very tire. Monday i didn't go to help after my class. From tuesday to friday, i helped in heritage hall till the end ~ everyday help to keep things all till 6++p.m.

Back home, when got some annoucements need to inform the other committee, need to send email to all of them ~ So, basically first week of new sem was busy ~

Friday finally the event came to the end and ended successfully ~ Happy ending ~

Midnight of fri went to yumcha with a few committee members =) sudden decision bcoz everyone was too hungry tat time ~ haha ~ have a nice outings with them ~

First aid society's committee are getting closer and closer to each other ~ =)

We went Ipoh together, watch movie together, dinner together, cut paper together, meeting together, yumcha together, future will play badminton together ... =) look forward for the celebration among committees ~

I havent do the last meeting's minutes and the activity report for blood donation ~

Need to summit by TOMORROW ~ omg ~ and i got no mood wan to do tat ~ Blogging here ~ =.= Have to ~ hope that i can get more familiar with secretary work and next time will do it easier ~
